HOW TO MANAGE YOUR STRESS LEVELS Guest Blog Post By Jane Jackson     My oldest and dearest friend recently told me I’ve got “Rushing Woman Syndrome”. I’d always thought that I was simply multi tasking with a bit of a frazzled appearance. She made me take a step back and look at all I was doing.  I had to admit that I did have a bit of a wannabe Superwoman attitude.  The problem was that I was doing so much that I was actually going around in circles and just was not as productive as I really wanted to be. I was creating social media posts, memes, inspirational quotes, career advice posts, using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, YouTube, writing blog posts, writing e-newsletters, delivering workshops, delivering one-on-one coaching, conducting webinars, conducting podcast interviews … and on and on … I felt I was being productive but I wasn’t. I needed time to breathe, to reflect and refocus so that I could take stock of what I was doing and, more importantly, WHY I was doing it. I realized that I was so busy chasing my tail that I’d forgotten my purpose. I needed to stop, breathe, and LISTEN to my inner voice, my intuition.  Years ago I was very aware of my intuition and I prided myself on making the right decisions for my business.
